Dear Friends,
Greetings from Koustuv Group of Institutions (College of Engineering Bhubaneswar & Koustuv Institute of Self Domain), Bhubaneswar.
I am sure; the last years after passing out from CEB/KISD would have been eventful and rewarding. In the meantime, you must have gathered experience and wisdom enriching the knowledge and skills you had acquired here as a student. It goes without saying that you cherish the fond memories of your Alma Mater and harbor a desire to contribute to its wellbeing.
The Institute is now 12 years old with many batches of B-Tech/MCA/MBA/M-Tech students passing out since 2003. Many of you would have become professionals and domain knowledge experts in diverse fields like Core sector, software development, embedded systems, project management, higher education and research, finance, HR, marketing and so on. A few might have might have started entrepreneurial ventures. We at CEB/KISD are proud of your achievements.
This institute would be delighted if you all come together on a common platform of Koustuv Group (CEB/KISD) Alumnae Association and share your valuable experience. It would benefit your juniors who have joined this institute with lot of hopes. I urge you to commit a small part of your valuable time and energy to give back to your alma mater.
You could come and share your experience with the students. You could help organize training and campus placement. You could donate books and equipment to the library/ labs. You could start an assistance program for the poor and meritorious. Not to undermine the power of ideas, you could mail your suggestions for betterment of the institute. You could in fact give back to your institute in numerous ways and derive a great sense of satisfaction.
I am sending this communication to all those whose mail id I could gather from college record and available sources. Do forward this mail to as many of your friends and juniors from CEB/KISD inspiring them to be a part of this team effort.
Let this initial thought and effort gather momentum by sharing of contact details and your current job responsibilities etc.
